This was a reliable pick for a fleeting moment in Playa del Carmen with very good value for money. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially when they got our laundry done quickly. Keep in mind, it can get noisy at night due to nearby clubs.

Had an awesome time enjoying the jacuzzi and relaxing by the outdoor pool during my stay. The only downside was a bit of noise from the nearby club, but it didn’t ruin my experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is definitely it! 😊

Great location right on 5th Ave with views from the balcony. I stayed in the master suite with a jacuzzi and two balconies. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and free toiletries. The staff were super helpful and spoke English. The spa was a nice relaxing touch. Breakfast was included at the restaurant in the lobby, and they had a cool coffee shop right in front.

Oh man, the hamburgers in Playa are next level! I hit up Los Aguachiles, just a stone's throw away, and their fish tacos blew my mind—totally fresh and bursting with flavors. The location is a win too, steps from La Quinta Avenida, making it perfect for late-night taco crawls! Our crew also loved the friendly staff, always ready with a smile.

But let's keep it real—those maintenance issues got us. The lift was a no-show, which was a trek with our bags. And the key situation? A little sketchy, as it opened all the rooms. Thankfully, the amazing food and vibe kept us floating above the minor inconveniences.

But the room was super small and the air conditioning didn’t work well, made it hard to cool down. The fridge was just for show, didn’t keep anything cold. The bathroom had a weird smell too. If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t your spot since it's right on that loud 5th Ave. Staff was friendly though, and helped us store our luggage after checkout.
